In order to process your request, you must agree to the following: *

18+ Minors 16+ must be accompanied by a parent. (compliant with AZ state law). Identification required. We reserve the right to refuse service if the tattoo request does not fit our particular criteria. Deposits are non-refundable. If working on a tattoo that will take more than one sitting, the deposit will be credited on the last session. No call/no show will result in losing your deposit. If rescheduling, you must notify your artist at least 24 hours prior to your tattoo appointment or your deposit will be forfeited. DESIGN. The client is giving the artist the artistic freedom they need to design and layout the tattoo, based on the client's idea and/or reference photos. Designs will be presented upon arrival of appointment unless otherwise stated. Edits or revisions may be done in person the day of the appointment, or in a reasonable manner ahead of time if applicable. Large scale pieces may require pictures of the canvas area prior to appointment for drafting and placement purposes. In person consultations may be requested by your artist if need be. SESSION TIME. The artist is charging for their time, unless otherwise specified as a flat rate. Therefore the client is completely responsible for how he/she uses the time booked and managing payment. The hourly rate is for the tattoo process itself. This does not include set up and wait time at the shop, as to keep calculating the final cost fair and manageable for clients. FORM OF PAYMENT. Bring cash to your appointment, unless electronic payment is preferred/accepted by your particular artist. There is an ATM available at the shop if needed. Avoid drinking or taking heavy pain killers the day of your tattoo appointment as this can cause excessive bleeding or other complications.
